OSM November 14, 2023 Special Called Meeting

TAKE NOTICE that a Special Called Meeting of Members of the Ontario Sheet Metal Contractors Association will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2023, via Zoom for the purpose to:

1. approve an increase to the SMACNA Chapter assessment from $0.05 to $0.06 per hour effective December 31, 2023.

If you cannot be present, please sign and return by EMAIL the enclosed Instrument of Proxy. If the member is a Corporation, the Instrument of Proxy must be under its Corporate Seal or under the hand of an Officer or Attorney so authorized.
