TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of Members of the Ontario Sheet Metal Contractors Association will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2024, Via Video Conference, for the purpose to:
If you cannot be present, please sign and return by EMAIL the enclosed Instrument of Proxy. If the member is a Corporation, the Instrument of Proxy must be under its Corporate Seal or under the hand of an Officer or Attorney so authorized.

TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of Members of the Ontario Sheet Metal Contractors Association will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2024, Via Video Conference, for the purpose to:
- receive the financial statements and report of the auditors or the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023;
- appoint auditors, and authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration;
- consider and, if thought fit, approve and ratify all acts and proceedings of the Board of Directors and of the Officers of the Group since the last Annual General Meeting of Members as set forth or described in the minute books and/or in the financial statements of the Group;
- consider and, if thought fit, approve the 2024 budget;
- receive reports on other Association activities and programs;
- election of one (1) director Sudbury / Ste. Marie and installing the Board of Directors for 2024-2025;
- enacting, amending or repealing the By-Laws of the association. A copy of proposed amendment is included within the bulletin;
- transact such other business as may be outstanding and/or may properly be brought before the meeting.
